How to Share Event Photos on KoloPix: No App Download Required
A quick walkthrough for scanning an event QR code, choosing memories, and uploading from your phone’s browser.
Event memories are easiest to keep when everyone knows what to do. This guide breaks the process into clear steps you can use before, during, or after a celebration.
Scan the event QR code
Open your phone’s camera and point it at the KoloPix code shared by the host. Tap the link that appears. If scanning does not work, open the event link or enter the guest PIN provided by the host.
Choose the photos or videos to share
Select the memories you want to add from your device. You can usually choose more than one item, but smaller batches are easier to upload when the venue network is busy.
Add your name and a note
If the event asks for a guest name, enter the name or nickname you would like the host to see. Add a caption or short message if you wish, then start the upload.
