How to Set Up a Live QR Code Photo Wall for Your Event in 3 Minutes

Create a shared gallery, place the guest QR code where people can find it, and bring approved memories to a screen at your venue.

Event memories are easiest to keep when everyone knows what to do. This guide breaks the process into clear steps you can use before, during, or after a celebration.

Create the event space

Start with the event name and date, then choose the privacy, upload, and retention settings that fit your celebration. Keep the host PIN somewhere handy while you prepare the guest materials.

Check your plan’s file-size and event-credit limits.
Preview the guest page on a phone before sharing it.

Make the QR code easy to scan

Open the event’s sharing tools and download its guest QR code. Print it on table cards, add it to a welcome sign, or display it on a screen before guests arrive.

Use a dark QR code on a light, uncluttered background.
Leave clear space around the code and test it from a normal standing distance.
Include the PIN or a short instruction in case a camera cannot scan the code.

Bring the Memory Wall to the venue

Open the event’s Photo Wall on a browser-enabled display and switch to full screen. If your plan includes moderation, review incoming uploads before they appear on the shared wall.

Test the venue Wi-Fi and display connection ahead of time.
Keep a second device available for gallery moderation.
Tell guests that uploads may take a moment on busy networks.

Do one final run-through

Scan the printed code, add a test memory, confirm it appears in the gallery, and verify that the Photo Wall is showing the intended collection. A five-minute rehearsal makes the guest flow feel effortless.
